Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to Faith House Music (“FHM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Faith House Music website and artist portal (the “Site”). By creating an account, redeeming an artist invite code, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are issued in Phase One of the Site’s development. As Faith House Music grows, these Terms may be updated or expanded. Any material changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Artist Ownership of Content

You, the artist, retain all right, title, and interest in and to your music, lyrics, artwork, videos, photographs, biographical materials, trademarks, logos, and any other intellectual property or creative content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Site (collectively, “Your Content”). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Your Content to Faith House Music.

By using the Site, you grant Faith House Music a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, stream, and promote Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site and the Faith House Music artist roster. This license ends when Your Content is removed from the Site or your artist account is closed, except where copies are retained for reasonable backup, archival, or legal purposes.

3. No Fees

There is currently no charge or fee for artists to use the Site or maintain an artist profile. Faith House Music reserves the right to introduce fees, premium features, or revenue-sharing arrangements in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to affected artists in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the new terms before they apply to you.

4. Artist Verification and Approval

Access to the artist portal is granted by invitation only. To request access, you must redeem a valid, one-time invite code provided to you by Faith House Music. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. All requests are reviewed by the executive director or an authorized representative of Faith House Music.

By redeeming an invite code, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the artist or an authorized representative authorized to act on behalf of the artist.

5. Faith House Music Rights

Faith House Music reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to:

• Approve, deny, suspend, or revoke any artist account or artist portal access;
• Remove any artist, artist profile, or Content from the Site;
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Site;
• Update these Terms, policies, or operational practices; and
• Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security, or reputation of Faith House Music and the Site.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect your rights or obligations, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to upload, post, or distribute content that infringes the rights of others, is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or harmful, or that contains malware or other malicious code. You also agree not to attempt to access another artist’s account or any restricted areas of the Site without authorization.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Faith House Music makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith House Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time as the Site enters new phases of growth and operation. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Site or by the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
